Paper copies of any of these documents can be requested, no later than 48 hours before the AGM, and can be collected at the registration desk on arrival. Please contact Scottish Cycling by email [email protected]

To vote at the AGM all clubs are asked to complete the Club Representative Nomination Form to tell us who from your club is attending.

Club Representative Nomination Form must be returned to Scottish Cycling no later than 10am, Thursday 13 November 2025.

Forms of Proxy must be returned to Scottish Cycling no later than 10am, Thursday 13 November 2025.
