2025 Winter Calendar
For those of you looking forward to the winter disciplines getting underway, you can find the upcoming Cyclocross and Track dates on the current version of the winter calendar here. The Championship dates have now been finalised and we can confirm that the Scottish Cyclocross Championships will take place on Sunday 23rd November and the Scottish Track Championships will go ahead on the 6th & 7th of December.
2026 Calendar Compilation
For those eager to organise events next year, below you will find some information on our updated calendar compilation process, as well as the timeline that we are following.
Our aim at this stage is to gather expressions of interest from organisers, not to set final dates. We appreciate that in some circumstances the confirmation of British/UCI dates will be required before final dates can be given. By gathering the information at this stage, it enables us to create a first draft of the calendar that can be used to identify any gaps or particularly busy periods, and make adjustments to avoid any potential clashes.
Once we have gathered expressions of interest, we will use the responses to begin working on a first draft of the calendar. Then we will arrange meetings with organisers to discuss any conflicting events/dates, and to find a solution that suits everyone. At this stage, we will be able to review the draft calendar in line with the confirmed National and International dates. Once each of these steps have taken place, we will finalise and publish the 2026 Events Calendar.

The deadline for the completion of this year’s expression of interest form will be Monday 8th September.
Our timeline for the 2026 Events Calendar compilation is detailed below:
Mid-July:
- Reach out to associations / groups to inform them of the 2026 Event Calendar compilation process
- Publish calendar compilation information and form for all other organisers
8th September:
- Deadline for receiving expressions of interest from associations / groups and individual organisers
Mid-September:
- Scottish Cycling collate responses and create a first draft of the calendar, based on preferred dates
- As required, Scottish Cycling will reach out to organisers with conflicting events / dates to arrange meetings where this can be discussed
October:
- Scottish Cycling will review dates in line with confirmed National and International dates
- Where necessary, meetings take place between Scottish Cycling and organisers to discuss any potential clashes or date changes
November:
- After any meetings have taken place, and solutions that suit everyone have been reached, Scottish Cycling will collate information and finalise and publish the 2026 Events Calendar
