Affiliation Open for 2026

It’s that time of the year again! Club affiliation for 2026 is now open.

Maintaining your Club’s affiliation with Scottish Cycling makes sure your club has access to valuable benefits and insurance cover throughout the year. Here’s a quick guide to help you navigate the annual renewal process

Affiliation for 2026 will be managed through the Just Go platform.

How to affiliate

  • Returning Clubs – Affiliation applications should be submitted during October and November 2025 to ensure your club is ready to operate from the start of the new year. This also guarantees your insurance is active from 1 January 2026.  

To affiliate, log in to your Scottish Cycling Just Go Account.  Your Secretary, Chair and Treasurer will have access to the affiliation tile once logged in.  

Please note: A £25 admin fee will apply to returning clubs submitting applications after the affiliation window closes.   

  • New Clubs – New clubs can affiliate at any time from October 2025 onwards, including throughout 2026.  As part of the process, you’ll be invited to an onboarding meeting to ensure your club meets our  Minimum Operating Standards.  We’ll also help you get set up with a Just Go account for affiliation.

Getting Started

Affiliation Fees

Affiliation for Clubs, Teams & Associations costs £110.  

 Please note: Returning clubs submitting applications after the affiliation window closes on the 30th November 2025 will be subject to a £25.00 additional admin fee.
