2023 Scottish Cycling Conference programme revealed

With just over six weeks to go until the 2023 Scottish Cycling Conference, AGM and Awards, we can reveal the full conference programme, which contains something for everyone.

Whether you’re a volunteer at any level, a commissaire, club stalwart, coach or just simply interested in the development of cycle sport in Scotland, we believe the 2023 Scottish Cycling Conference should have something of interest to all areas of our community.

From facing up to the challenges of putting on events, to our heartwarming and impactful Rock Up & Ride programme, which puts kids who otherwise couldn’t afford it on bikes, to increasing women and girls participation, we have a wide-ranging programme, with workshop options to suit everyone. We also have a great two-part session on coach led racing, and a session aimed specifically at young people.

It would be remiss to finish the day without reflecting on a breathtaking 11 days in August where the inaugural UCI Cycling World Championships came to Scotland, and who better to help us do that than CEO of the Championships, Trudy Lindblade.

Should you wish to see more a more detailed programme, including what to expect from each of the sessions and workshops, you can download it here
