The B.A.R is awarded to the rider who averages the highest speed across three distances (two for Junior category) throughout 2024. To be eligible, riders must submit their three fastest times at the end of the time trial season, to enable the calculations to be made.
The title rewards riders who are competitive across the different distances, as detailed on page 191 of the 2024 Handbook.
